50,000 Bank owned homes sitting, sitting, sitting and not released to the market for sale, and that is only what’s owned by Fannie Mae. Rumor has it the inventory is coming…. Let’s just hope they do as they say and don’t flood the market.  If Fannie Mae releases a steady trickle of housing, our market stands a far better chance of maintaining some semblance of stability.
