I am astonished by some of the list and sales prices I am seeing in the Orlando area market right now.  The market is seeing a big mini-boom that has been creeping up on us since the Summer of 2011.  No, this did not happen over-night.  — The one important question is, how long will it last.  Like insanely low interest rates, this cannot last forever.
